Gretchen Bleiler is covering the Summer Olympics for Yahoo Sports. As if she wasn’t busy enough with photo shoots, designing her Oakley GB line of clothes, training, cross-training (well, if surfing is cross-training), and possibly some wedding planning (Gretchen just got engaged to her longtime boyfriend Chris Hotell), she signed on to a month in China.
